Tabachoy Philly

The owner of the food truck Tabachoy, Chance, reached out to me and asked me to create a short animation for his Instagram account. When I asked what he wanted the animation to be, he only said he wanted it to feature the truck.

These are some of the refrence images I was provided of what the truck looks like.

I decided to model animate the truck driving in on its own, before pulling over and tossing out some of their signature pork adobo bowls. I showed Chance the in-progress work making sure it was all to his liking before I did the final render.

I modeled the truck and background in Autodesk Maya and then textured it in Photoshop. Ripping some of the textures directly from some of the reference images.
